Cookie notice
This page explains which storage the TicketOS site uses, what it is for and how to change your choice. It follows directive 2002 58 EC, Italian legislative decree 196 2003 and the guidelines of the Italian data protection authority of 10 June 2021.
1. Cookies and local storage
A cookie is a small file a site saves in the browser and that travels back to the server on every visit. Local storage works in a similar way, but the content stays on the device and does not travel with the requests.
This site writes no cookies at all. It uses two local storage entries, both technical, listed in the table below. There is no traffic measurement, no advertising tool, and nothing is loaded from third party domains: even the typefaces are hosted alongside the site.
2. What is saved on your device
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ticketos-theme | Local storage, technical | Remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme | Until you clear the site data |
| ticketos-cookie-consent | Local storage, technical | Remembers the choice made on the consent banner, so it is not asked again on every page | Until you clear the site data |
Both entries are necessary for the site to work and require no consent under article 122 of Italian legislative decree 196 2003. You can still remove them by clearing the site data in your browser.
3. Inside the platform
When you sign in to TicketOS with your credentials, the application saves two more technical entries, needed to keep you signed in.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| firebase:authUser | Local storage, technical | Keeps the authenticated session across pages, managed by Firebase Authentication | Until sign out or token expiry |
| selectedCompanyId | Local storage, technical | Remembers which company of the network you are working on | Until sign out |
4. Optional categories
The consent banner offers two optional categories, both empty today. They stay off until you switch them on, and if a tool were added it would load only after your consent.
- Statistics. Anonymous measurement of visits. No tool of this kind is present on the site today.
- Marketing. Profiling for advertising purposes. No tool of this kind is present on the site today.
5. How to change your choice
You can reopen the consent banner at any time from the Cookie preferences link, which is also at the bottom of every page.
You can also act from the browser, where you will find the command to delete what has already been saved: in the settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge the entry sits under privacy and security, on the line about site data.
6. Controller and contacts
The data controller is Investfood SRL, Via Riva di Trento 11/A, 20139 Milan, Italy, VAT number 12925600962. For questions about this page write to info@investfood.it. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
